Danger Man

Declan Mcmanus - The Scotsman is no doubt the biggest threat for The New Saints, with 7 goals in 8 league appearances, placing him in 2nd place in the race for the Golden Boot so far. The 27 year old joined the Saints in June 2021 from Scottish Championship side Dunfermline Athletic for a fee of £60,000 and has been on fire since the word go! His first involvement for the Saints was in their European campaign, and wow what a start he made...Firstly scoring in the second leg of their First Qualifying Round tie against Glentoran, then scoring in both legs against Kauno Zalgiris in their Second Qualifying Round tie, and lastly netting a hat-trick against Viktoria Plzen in the First Leg of their Third Qualifying Round tie! The Lakesiders will have to be very aware of the Scotsman under the lights of Park Hall...
