📋 Match Details

Unfortunately, the Town now need a miracle to regain our JD Cymru Premier status with results outside of our control needing to go our way. Following last weekend's defeat to Cardiff Met, the permutations for the Lakesiders are clear; two wins out of our last two fixtures, while hoping that Flint lose both their games against Haverfordwest County and Cardiff Met.

Today's hosts have already been relegated after their short stay in the JD Cymru Premier, however with their win on the road against Flint Town last weekend, it gave the Lakesiders a glimmer of hope going into the final two games of the season.

📈Opponents Form

Llanelli secured their first win since the 17th of October last weekend, following a 2-1 victory at the Essity Stadium against Flint Town. Llanelli were unlucky not to grab a point in their last home game against Cardiff Met, as Danny Williams' late penalty was cancelled out by Fumpa Mwandwe's 79 minute goal to give the Met all three points. Throughout Phase Two, the side from Stebonheath Park managed just five points in their eight games so far, picking up two points against the Lakesider and Cardiff Met.

🔙 Recent Meetings

Phase One saw the Lakesiders manage two 1-0 victories against Llanelli, with Hussein Mehasseb scoring the goal in the away fixture at Stebonheath Park, while Olamide Ibrahim scored the only goal in our home fixture. Both sides played out a 0-0 draw in our last meeting at the middle point of Phase Two, with both sides close to snatching the three points late on.
