📋 Match Details
After last weekend's stunning display against Haverfordwest County, the Town are still in the fight for Cymru Premier survival and today's fixture could end up being the most pivotal of the lot! Just five points separate the Lakesiders and Cardiff Met prior to today's game, with the chance of cutting that gap to just two come end of today.
Both teams know the importance of today, with the possibilities being the Lakesiders could be relegated today should results not go our way or it could be all to play for with two games remaining.
Met secured victory in their last outing with a 2-1 win over Llanelli Town, as Fumpa Mwandwe hit the ball home in the 79th minute to snatch the three points.
📈Opponents Form
Met have been in the same boat as the Lakesiders throughout Phase Two, having lost three, drawn three and won one, however the gap remains at five points down at the bottom of the table. Ryan Jenkins' side recorded three 1-1 draws from MD2 up to MD4, coming against the Lakesiders, Llanelli Town and Flint Town, before going onto lose their next two games against Haverfordwest County and Briton Ferry Llansawel.
🔙 Recent Meetings
