📋 Match Details
While mathematically still possible, survival is becoming more and more challenging for the Town with only four games remaining in this league season. A win today would keep the Lakesiders just about in the fight to remain in the Cymru Premier for next season, however anything other than three points would almost all but confirm relegation.
The Lakesiders are without victory in all of Phase Two so far, picking up just three points courtesy of three draws. Despite a solid performance in last weekend's meeting with Flint Town, it would only earn the Town a point against our relegation rivals.
On the other hand, today's visitors are flying high in Phase Two having only tasted defeat on one occasion against Flint Town two weekend's ago. They sit on 39 points and at the time of writing this; are picking up the Play-Off spot.
📈Opponents Form
Haverfordwest scrapped past Cardiff Met last time out with a 1-0 victory courtesy of Owain Jones' 80th minute winner. Other than their defeat at home to Flint Town on the 1st of March, Haverfordwest have not conceded a goal in all other Phase Two fixtures, giving them an advantage going into the final few games as they fight for the Play-Off spot.
🔙 Recent Meetings
The Town are without victory in our last seven meetings with the Bluebirds, having also failed to score in our last four meetings. Our last meeting at Maes Tegid would end in a disappointing 2-0 defeat with Nathan Burke being sent off late on just to add to the misery, after Corey Shephard scored a half way line goal to put Haverfordwest on their way to victory. Our last meeting overall ended in a 3-0 defeat, as Corey Shephard once again got on the scoresheet twice with Kyle Kenniford also scoring.
