Match Preview: Flint Town United vs Bala Town

We are back on the road, as matchday seven sees us head to the Essity Stadium to take on Flint Town United. The Silkmen have racked up an impressive tally of 12 points so far this season, the same as the Lakesiders, with Flint and Bala 2nd & 3rd respectively.

The last meeting between the two came at the beginning of our 2021/22 campaign in the Nathaniel MG Cup as a goalless draw saw the fate of both teams in the cup go to a penalty shootout, with Alex Ramsay heroically saving three penalties seeing us through to the next round.

Michael Wilde – The Silkmen’s marquee signing of the summer has settled in quickly to his new home at the Essity Stadium as he leads the Cymru Premier in goals scored this campaign.
