Our re-arranged fixture with Connah's Quay Nomads takes place this Tuesday evening, after match was originally scheduled for August 15th, however due to a burst water main affecting the Flintshire area the match was postponed.
Both sides have had big changes over the summer, with new managers being promoted from within and a large turnover of players. Although, both sides have got off to relevantly decent starts this season and will be looking to continue their form into this evening's match.

The hosts this evening have an identical record to the Lakesiders so far this season, with two wins, one draw and one defeat in the first four games of the season, scoring five and conceding six. The Nomads won two consecutive games in their last two outings, with a 3-2 Derby day victory against Flint Town and a narrow 1-0 win away at Penybont.

The last meeting between the two sides saw the Lakesiders claim a big three points in last season's race for a top six spot, as Osebi Abadaki and Nathan Burke scored in a 2-0 win at the Essity Stadium to ensure the Town were guaranteed a top six place before the split.
