📋 Match Details
The Lakesiders head into the Derby after a stunning 1-0 victory over Colwyn Bay on Friday evening, as Dominic McGiveron's super strike was enough to secure our first three points of the season, despite immense pressure throughout the game from the Bay.
Our Bank Holiday concludes with a visit to Llandudno's Go Goodwins Stadium to take on our Gwynedd rivals Caernarfon Town at their temporary home for the season, who have had a solid start to their season.
📈Opponents Form
The Cofi's sit top of the pile with seven points after two victories and a draw in their opening three matches, which has seen 18 goals in total across those three games. Despite losing Louis Lloyd in the summer, the Cofi's have found a new star striker from within as Adam Davies takes the reigns, and has netted four goals in his last two appearances whilst also collecting three assists.
🔙 Recent Meetings
The Lakesiders have been winless in eight games against the Cofi's and have faced defeat in our last three battles. The last meeting was nothing short of embarrassing at the Oval, as the home side ran out 5-0 winners with Louis Lloyd and Sam Downey grabbing a brace each, and an own goal from Kieran Lloyd. Our last victory in this fixture came at Maes Tegid in December 2022, as George Newell, Adam Roscrow and Chris Venables all netted a goal each in a convincing win.
