A statement making victory will be the objective for Colin Caton’s side when TNS arrive in midweek to take on the Lakesiders at Maes Tegid.

It was just under a month ago at Park Hall when the Lakesiders looked on course for an unexpected win against TNS, but for second time this season the Champions pulled off a comeback to break Bala hearts.

Danger Man

Louis Robles – The 25-year-old is likely to start against the Lakesiders tomorrow having contributed two goals in their last game against Caernarfon. The first, a solo goal which saw him drive into the box before firing a shot which deflected past the goalkeeper. The second debatably his goal with Robles’ efforthaving taken a heavy deflection that saw the ball ricochet off two defenders before hitting the back of the net. While Colin Caton will be aware of Robles’ qualities having coached the player under the 2019/20 season which saw the striker score 16 goals for the Lakesiders. The Englishman’s having a quiet season by his standards but will now be hoping for more goals coming his way having broken his duck last time out against the Cofis.

Previous Meetings

We visited Park Hall in early March inprevious meeting with the champions when Chris Venables gave us a surprise lead. It was more or less déjà vu for the Lakesiders as TNS were able to complete a late comeback to snatch the three points, just how they did back in October. Only this time Ryan Brobbel was responsible for a singular goal while Chris Marriott sealed the win in the 89th minute.
