📋 Match Details
The Lakesiders go into this evening's match knowing that three points is a must in our final match before Christmas, with the fight for a top six place reaching it's tipping point with so many teams fighting to grab a spot in the top six. A draw last time out against Cardiff Met put a much needed point on the board for the Town, leaving us three points away from the top six in 8th place.
On the other hand, the Bluebirds currently occupy 11th place but are just four points adrift from the Lakesiders and with a game in hand. It's not been the best of season's for Haverfordwest who have struggled to get points on the board and have just four wins from 17 games.
📈Opponents Form
The Bluebirds have picked up a vital four points in their last three outings, which has helped to go level on points with Flint Town who currently occupy the 10th position and sit just out of the relegation zone. Although, a 4-0 romp by Barry Town in their last outing would have stung after two positive results against Colwyn Bay and Caernarfon Town. Haverfordwest's away form does not look good on paper, with only one win on the road and just two draws, which may be a positive for the Lakesiders going into this evening.
🔙 Recent Meetings
The last meetings between both sides are in favour of the Bluebirds, with no win for the Lakesiders in this fixture since January 2024. Since then, there has been five meetings which has seen two draws and three defeats for the Town and only two goals scored in them five meetings. The last three points at Maes Tegid for the Town came in a 2-0 win in October 2023 as George Newell scored either side of the half to take the victory.
