Following the conclusion of the January Transfer Window a few weeks ago, we can confirm the departures of Soulayman El Amri and Ethan Jones as the pair look for regular game time.
El Amri joined the Lakesiders in August 2022 and made seven league appearances, while appearing in the Nathaniel MG Cup and JD Welsh Cup just the once. However, the 24 year old Italian only managed substitute appearances during his time at Maes Tegid, and has now moved on to fellow Cymru Premier side Flint Town, as he looks for regular game time.
Jones moved to Maes Tegid in late September 2022 having completed a scholarship with Tranmere Rovers. The 19 year old would make five league appearances for the Town, and one appearance in the JD Welsh Cup against Hawarden Rangers, picking up an assist for the sixth Bala goal in the match. Jones now moves on to pastures new as he looks for regular game time.
