Bala Town are delighted to announce that Under 19s goalkeeper Daniel Clark has been promoted to the first team.
The 18-year-old has signed a one-year deal with the Lakesiders which keeps him at the club until at least June 2023. The goalkeeper has shown bright potential having played for the Under 19s last season as well as a couple of games for our reserves' side.
Clark arrived last season from Tranmere Rovers' education programme that the club is working with and has proven to be a great addition. He now joins forces with our other two goalkeepers Alex Ramsay and Harri Lloyd to give us added strength in depth ahead of the challenging season that awaits.
Our new shot-stopper will be available for selection in both first qualifying round ties against Sligo Rovers and we look forward to seeing Clark develop.
