Match Preview: Penybont vs Bala Town
It will be 2nd vs 4th in the Cymru Premier this weekend at the SDM Glass Stadium when Bala returns for a second time this season to take on Penybont.
Revenge will be on the minds of the Lakesiders as we look to avenge our loss against the Bont who knocked us out of the Welsh Cup little over two weeks ago in Aberystwyth.

Danger man
Sam Snaith – Having totalled seven league goals this season Snaith will be the one to watch in attack for Bont. The striker scored on our last visit to the SDM Glass Stadium handing his side a 1-0 win over the Lakesiders. He will be planning to do the same on Saturday as he went closest to breaking the deadlock in our recent Welsh Cup semi-final with Penybont.
Previous meeting
The Lakesiders will need no reminding of our last outing against Penybont following the heartache suffered. It was merely a missed penalty that brought an end to our Welsh Cup journey as Brad Bauress’ effort was saved by a former Lakesider in Ashley Morris. Bala looked value for money in earning a place in the final, but it wasn’t to be as the fate of both sides went down to penalties which saw Bont through to the final to take on TNS.
