Bala Town are delighted to announce Lassana Mendes has signed a new contract keeping him at the club until June 2023
A fourth season representing the Lakesiders awaits the midfielder having signed for Bala from Colwyn Bay in July 2019. Since then, the 29-year-old has made over 80 appearances representing the Lakesiders.
The 2021/22 campaign was another successful season for Mendes as he contributed to 11 league goals helping his side secure a third successive qualification for Europe. In total, the Spaniard has contributed to over 30 goals during his time at Maes Tegid.
Having consistently remained an energetic presence in the midfield, Mendes has always displayed 100% work rate under Colin Caton's wing. We look forward to seeing what he can contribute to hopefully another memorable occasion in Europe for the Lakesiders this summer.
