Bala Town are delighted to announce David Edwards has signed a new contract to remain at the club until June 2023.
The 36-year-old joined the Lakesiders last summer following his release from boyhood Club Shrewsbury Town, and made his debut in the Europa Conference League as we took on Larne. Edwards would go on to make 40 appearances in total this past season.
It didn't take long for Edwards to adjust to Welsh domestic football as he scored in his home debut against Penybont before going on to find the net on nine occasions in phase one. In total, he would make 14 goal contributions in all competitions.
The former Wales international was an integral part of the team that finished runners up in the league, and qualifying for the Europa Conference League once again. There's no doubt, David will be an integral part of the team once again this upcoming season!
