Bala Town FC Unveils 2030 Vision Strategy

Clwb Pêl-droed Tref y Bala yn Lansio Strategaeth Weledigaeth 2030

10fed Dachwedd 2025 — Lansiodd Clwb Pêl-droed Tref y Bala ei Strategaeth Weledigaeth 2030 yn swyddogol, gan amlinellu y ffordd ar gyfer dyfodol y clwb, ar ac oddi ar y cae. Daeth aelodau’r pwyllgor, cefnogwyr, busnesau lleol, ysgolion, clybiau chwaraeon, cynrychiolwyr y cyngor, a swyddogion o Gymdeithas Bêl-droed Cymru at ei gilydd i ddathlu’r garreg filltir bwysig hon.

10th November 2025 — Bala Town FC proudly unveiled its 2030 Vision Strategy, setting out a roadmap for the club’s future both on and off the pitch. The launch event brought together committee members, supporters, local businesses, schools, sports clubs, council representatives, and officials from the Football Association of Wales to celebrate this important milestone.

Prif Feysydd Ffocws / Key Focus Areas

Mae’r Strategaeth Weledigaeth 2030 yn canolbwyntio ar bedwar maes allweddol:

1. Y Gymuned – cryfhau cysylltiadau lleol a chynnig cyfleoedd newydd i bobl o bob oedran.

2. Datblygiad Chwaraewyr Ifanc – meithrin talent cartrefa darparu llwybrau clir i uwch lefelau’r gêm.

3. Seilwaith a Chyfleusterau – gwella cyfleusterau hyfforddi a gêm i greu amgylchedd modern a chynhwysol.

4. Cynaliadwyedd – sicrhau bod y clwb yn gweithredu’n gyfrifol yn ariannol ac yn amgylcheddol ar gyfer y dyfodol.

The 2030 Vision Strategy focuses on four key areas:

1. Community – strengthening local connections and providing new opportunities for people of all ages.

2. Youth Development – nurturing homegrown talent and offering clear pathways to higher levels of the game.

3. Infrastructure and Facilities – improving training and matchday environments to create a modern, inclusive club.

4. Sustainability – ensuring the club operates responsibly, both financially and environmentally, for the long term.

Dywedodd Ysgrifennydd y Clwb:

“Ar ôl misoedd o waith ymroddedig wrth ddatblygu’r strategaeth hon, rydym yn hynod falch o’r canlyniad. Rydym hefyd yn ddiolchgar iawn am y gefnogaeth a dderbyniwyd gennym gan Gymdeithas Bêl-droed Cymru drwy gydol y broses. Nawr, mae’n ddyletswydd arnom fel clwb i wireddu’r strategaeth a’i gweld yn ffynnu.”

Club Secretary said:

“Following months of dedicated work developing this strategy, we are extremely delighted with the outcome. We are also very grateful for the support we have received from the Football Association of Wales throughout the process. Now, it’s up to us as a club to bring the strategy to life and see it flourish.”
